You’ll not only begin to feel stronger, but more like yourself again - one workout at a time.With a focus on safe, effective postnatal training, this first-month program will gently ease you back into exercise while helping rebuild abdominal strength and pelvic floor function. All exercises are modified safely for my pregnant mamas. Everything is pregnancy certified and you are being lead by a fully qualified prenatal Coach (myself) all the way through. You are in the safest of hands, that’s a promise!£70 - PM
