Welcome to my Postpartum rebuild program
This program is designed to support you physically and mentally as you return to movement after birth. You’ll not only begin to feel stronger, but more like yourself again - one workout at a time.
With a focus on safe, effective postnatal training, this first-month program will gently ease you back into exercise while helping rebuild abdominal strength and pelvic floor function. Pelvic floor exercises are thoughtfully integrated throughout to ensure you’re supporting your recovery from the inside out.
You’ll be guided every step of the way, with simple, empowering workouts that fit into mum life - because we know your time and energy are precious.

Pregnancy workouts to keep mama moving for a healthy, happy pregnancy.
All exercises are modified safely for my pregnant mamas. Everything is pregnancy certified and you are being lead by a fully qualified prenatal Coach (myself) all the way through. You are in the safest of hands, that’s a promise!
You will also receive a pregnancy meal plan and I will email you with some extra guidance to follow.
You will also receive weekly pregnancy affirmations from me to save to your phone to empower you and your growing baby.
As you progress throughout your trimesters there are certain modifications that are to be made while exercising. I will be here to guide you through this and each trimester I have adjusted to ensure safety first. Please message me whenever you need to for reassurance in your journey.

Ideal for mums 6 weeks postpartum (or 10+ weeks following a c-section, with medical clearance), this program focuses on functional movement, core recovery, and pelvic floor support, all while wearing your baby in a secure carrier. It’s a beautiful way to stay active while encouraging bonding, comfort, and often a little contact nap magic!
You’ll move through workouts that are short, effective, and designed to fit into real mum-life, no need for a babysitter or gym. All you need is your body, a carrier, and a little time for YOU.
